In this profession you will hear people talk about finding their tribe, it's incredibly important in every aspect, these are the people you will work with, confide in and ultimately learn from. You know the old saying "Birds of a feather flock together" straight up believe that. Surround yourself with people who push you to do better, raise your beliefs and hold you accountable to your dreams, your goals, your future.

If you are new to the profession I highly suggest investing in you, your knowledge and invest in your mindset. It's so easy to say, yes but it's even harder to stay committed! Having a coach and mentor to hold you accountable, call you out on your BS and help hold you accountable is crucial to your success!

I'll never forget the first time my mentor said to me,
"you need to do some personal development"
I seriously wasn't sure what she meant.
So, I googled it like anything else I was unaware of!
We're all incredibly smart, we just need that extra encouragement to help us
unleash our inner power.
My friend, you're seriously missing out if you don't get your ears or nose in a book,
for me it would be ear because I listen to books on audible through Amazon.
Funny thing is, this used to be an excuse of mine, I cut the excuses and found a way.
